Maintenance after your sealcoat service.

1. Keep cars off the surface freshly seal coated for atleast 24-48hrs.

2. Keep foot traffic off the surface gor up to 24hrs.

3. Clean any stains immediately! Use a degreaser to remove oil stains, for all other stains dawn dish soap, water and a scrub brush.

4. Pressure wash the asphalt every 6 months, because pressure washing your driveway will prevent the growth of mildew, mold, and other harmful pathogens that can gradually destroy the surface of your driveway which can lead to cracks, and major repairs down the road.

If you keep up with regular asphalt maintenance, especially sealcoating as suggested every 2-3 years, your asphalt surface can last for decades!
